      1. Tama ka phoenix if you base it in codal because it says ” not less than 75% of the applicable minimum wage”. But I have doubts since sabi is not less than so it could not be 75% exactly of the AMW.. And i have my doubts also kasi if I have both legs amputated due to an accident, and subsequently I was hired as a bank teller since kamay at utak lang naman kailangan ko, it would be unfair to receive below 100% of the AMW as opposed to my counterparts who have complete limbs but performs the same job. Again mahirap tlga pag marami kang naiisip at tumatakbo sa utak, my answer is C also.

    1. Na frustrate ako nong nalaman kong mali sagot ko dito!
Buti na lang lumusot ako! Congrats sa atin mga panyero at panyera!

    1. Hehe sparkle wag ka na malito tama na yung C, hindi pwede ang D at E kasi ang stem ng question is the one prescribed by law, so its either the labor code or the magnacarta. Wala namang ibang law na nagsasabi na pwede agreement ng parties e, hehe

  1. C din sagot ko. Kasi sabi ng prof namin kung qualified ka 100% ng minimum wage eh naisip ko wala namang distinction so i assumed na qualified handicap/disabled siya.
