    1. Hi AttorneyAlmost! Mamalateo’s book is okay naman although I’d suggest you use Ingles’ taxation made less taxing. Hehe. God bless on your review!

  1. Question, please. About sa filling up the petition to take the bar. (First timer, sorry).

Since the form to be used for the application has already indicated the “Annex (Letter)” sa form, do we strictly follow it? For instance, “Annex C” pertains to the list of cases pending against the petitioner/applicant. So if wala akong cases, should I mark the next document (which is the TOR), Annex “C” or should I follow the form and mark the document “Annex D” and simply skip “Annex C”?

    Thanks in advance sa sasagot.

Mga ilang bwan kaya ma approved yun? last March pa yun pero as of July 14 wala pa eh. Matagal ba talaga ma approve yun? salamat.

    1. keep on following it upsa OBC. naglecture kasi si atty. layusa sa UP at nakijoin ako sa mga reviewee sabi nya doon sa mga may pending cases, hindi lang daw yung dismissal or final determination ng case ang critical dahil depende rin kung maisisingit ka nila sa isang en banc proceeding ng mga SC justices para sa oath-taking mo. good luck.

      1. depende either July 31 or August 15 (if academic year ends d month of June). kung hindi, July 31. but im not sure kung ano ang latest kasi nakalagay sa site 2016 pa kasi.

    1. kwento ko lang. i accompanied my friend who is a retakes na magfile ng petitionn last july 20, pang 2300+ pa lang sya at karamihan daw na nagfile na ay retakers at refreshers kaya siguro inextend ng SC-OBC ang filing period upto aug. 15 for the fresh grads from law schools with new academic year.

    1. either may kulang kang requirement/s, may pending case ka or refresher ka na kailangang macomplete ang prebar review at mag pass ng certification of completion sa OBC immediately thereafter.

  3. I am down to my last subject: civil law.

Gusto ko lang po itanong. Which material is better? Yung Kay Aquino or Kay Jurado? Or may better material ba than those two? I am expecting to start civil law by Wednesday or para mabili ko na.

    1. Thats ok just make sure to read some notes from review centers may update sa ibang department orders. Na minsan wala sa reviewer.
