Venue: University of Sto. Tomas (UST), Espana, Manila

Schedule (click each subject for the syllabus):

  1. Deadline for the submission of grades is on the 2nd week of April. Thereafter, decoding will be followed. Only on this week that rumors as to the passing percentage becomes “truthful”. From that, the OBC will report to the chairman and a special en banc session will be calendared on May 3 to deliberate the 2018 Bar exam results.

Two scenarios will take place on May 3. First, to maintain the 75% passing or to lower it to either 73% or 74% depending upon the passing percentage. Recently, there was no lowering of the passing percentage of the passers reached 25%. Factors that might affect the lowering of the percentage are the following 1. The level of difficulty of the exam 2. The questions and facts surrounding the exam were too long; 3. Petitions coming from law schools and feedbacks from the examinees themselves during the exam.

  2. There is no truth to the 35% passing. We were advised to keep the 2018 Bar exams strictly confidential that is why you haven’t heard any news about the 2018 Bar except the May 3 2019 results which is still tentative.

    Pray hard.

  3. Ano na kaya ang kaganapan sa OBC? Ano kaya instruction m JDC sa mga examiners?Ilan kaya ang passing percentage ngayong taon?

  4. Answers to the 2018 Bar exam are available already at the UP Law Center but it won’t be released until the results will be announced.
