I’m Ley. I got married nov 3, 2009 to a filipino german citizen and he left for germany after 6 days. When i get our marriage contract to the municipal hall last november 28, 2009, the date of our marriage was not november 3, they put november 28,2009 (the day i get the contract). They said we don’t have the legal capacity that they were asking before the marriage so they ask my father to sign to the parents consent. My husband never come back since he left for germany. He was calling me before but we always argue on the phone because i found out that he has a woman in germany and they are living in each other for ten years, the woman broke up with him. I thought he we will change after what happened. But repeated it again to another woman, not only one woman but 2 woman. He also had an affair after the two woman, and he got the 3rd one pregnant and he is not supporting the child. I think he neglected his own child, because he have another woman again this time. The last time we had a communication was 2010, i just found out about the woman that he got pregnat on facebook. We don’t have a legal capacity our marriage contract and the date of marriage is also different, i checked at NSO our marriage and it was legal.
