B.A Sat, 20 Feb 2010 04:59:17 +0000 http://www.attyatwork.com/annulment-in-the-philippines-questions-and-answers/#comment-25722 since your husband has a subsisting marirriage before he married you then your marriage to him is clearly void from the beggining being bigamous. as such, you can have your marriage with him declared null and void. it will just be an "open and close" case wherein you will only have to allege and show the existence of such previous marriage vis-a-vis your marriage to him. in addition, you can even file a criminal case of bigamy against him should you wish to do so. since your husband has a subsisting marirriage before he married you then your marriage to him is clearly void from the beggining being bigamous. as such, you can have your marriage with him declared null and void. it will just be an “open and close” case wherein you will only have to allege and show the existence of such previous marriage vis-a-vis your marriage to him. in addition, you can even file a criminal case of bigamy against him should you wish to do so.

After 2 yrs we ended up our relationship we both decided to file an annulment for us to move on. May boyfriend na ako at may girlfriend na rin sya. Tanong ko lang po how long pa po kami mag wait for the decision. tnx so much in advance. atty,
