Time flies so fast. It seems there was never enough time to study and prepare for 4 grueling Sundays. Same thing even if there was an extension of one week, due to Ondoy. There was certainly no enough time to finish answering all the questions, especially with the unbearable number of questions in the 2009 bar, some say. I can’t judge because I haven’t seen the questions. Perhaps in the days to come, when these questions are dissected at phBar.
Time flies so fast, until last Sunday, 4 October 2009, the last day of the bar exams. After two full days of rest, our battle-weary examinees will begin to realize that, henceforth, time will slow down to an agonizing crawl.
Every day will be a test of patience. Every rumor will be magnified. The suspense will boil to point where you cease to care if you pass or fail — let’s just get this over with (ok, I may be wrong, of course you’d care if you pass or fail).
So, as the waiting game begins, let me to congratulate everyone for surviving the four Sundays of mind-numbing exams. Good luck and God bless, as you wait for the release of the results. You’ll be in our prayers.

I got the info from a friend who is studying law in manila. Nalaman daw nya sa mga classmate nya, tsika lang yon pero at dis point in time kahit ano naman balita ay tinatanggap natin at inaanalyze din. Maaring di tutoo kc tsika lang yon e pero ika nga nila pagmay usok may apoy. Pray lang tau at sana di tutoo. Sorry for the late reply, nakatulog ako ng maaga sa balita na yan. Am not losing hope… Pag sa iyo naman ang isang bagay ay sa iyo talaga. God bless and gud luck to all of us.
Arliss: Sus ginoo sa classmate lang pala ng friend mong law student ang info mo. If not sure about bar matter information do not post it here especially if such unreliable and baseless info is negative to the mind of examinees. We are viewing this site to secure and exchange reliable, helpful and credible information to relieve us at least of the tension and pressure we are experiencing now. Wag naman ganyan. Start writing and acting like a lawyer!
Buzzer, from the very beginning i said it was txtd to me. I have no intention to put more pressure in u. If the info we got says that more than 50% made it, surely u will not react but becos it says 15% made it, u reacted. Lahat naman ng nasasagap natin balita at this time ay puro speculation lang. Is there any update as to whether the deliberations for bar exams push through as scheduled today?
CONFIRMED FROM OBC: No deliberations re: 2009 bar exams. Its going to be on March 2010.
only 15% passed daw… tapos na ang lahat kaya dlayd ang release coz gusto ni nachura na atleast 30% ang pumasa… bka ilower sa 70% ang passing rate daw… grabe ang DQ sa tax dahil sa 2nd part… pray more more…. source from baguio law prof a friend of justice nachura…
just relax 2nd week ang release of result… atleast 30% ang passers.. only 5% passed tax and more than 20% disqualified… worse din daw ang political dahil sa violators…

Yes, its true that the passing percentage might be lowered this year considering that many failed to strictly follow the bar exams rules under the 2 examiners system. Many were disqualified for failure to answer either part 1 or part 2. Even if Justice Nachura wanted to have a high passing rate for this year i think the same will not come true. Also, many failed to finish the test due to many questions asked and for lack of time to answer every question. This 2 examiners rule is actually a failure and defeated its very purpose. First, it fails to release the results early; Second, it makes the exams harder as compared to previous bar exams. Nonetheless, lets continue praying that we pass this 2009 bar.
lahat ng comments dto ay pawang hakahaka lamang. iisa lang panawagan ko, magkaisa tau para manalangin na sana lahat marami ang papasa at kasama tayo doon. I can also say that majority will pass ayon sa bubuwit ng SC or somebody from SC gave me info like this & that and all of those are hearsay. maniwala na lang tau f onetime when we read from website of SC or forecast on media report as per SC news that the result will be released on a particular day. thats the time to believe ok co-barristers. Muling nagbabablita sa inyo, Ayon sa isa ko pang bubuwit, tinatayang 15% lamang talaga ang pumasa.. Subalit magkakaroon pa ng deliberasyon upang muli itong itaas… Tayo ay umaasa na maging mataas ang passing percentage sa nakaraang eksaminasyon..
