Time flies so fast. It seems there was never enough time to study and prepare for 4 grueling Sundays. Same thing even if there was an extension of one week, due to Ondoy. There was certainly no enough time to finish answering all the questions, especially with the unbearable number of questions in the 2009 bar, some say. I can’t judge because I haven’t seen the questions. Perhaps in the days to come, when these questions are dissected at phBar.
Time flies so fast, until last Sunday, 4 October 2009, the last day of the bar exams. After two full days of rest, our battle-weary examinees will begin to realize that, henceforth, time will slow down to an agonizing crawl.
Every day will be a test of patience. Every rumor will be magnified. The suspense will boil to point where you cease to care if you pass or fail — let’s just get this over with (ok, I may be wrong, of course you’d care if you pass or fail).
So, as the waiting game begins, let me to congratulate everyone for surviving the four Sundays of mind-numbing exams. Good luck and God bless, as you wait for the release of the results. You’ll be in our prayers.
Update: It’s Friday, 26 March 2010.

i dont think it will be this friday. ^_^
Let us wait until deliberations are finished, until then we start our prayers, if all the booklets are in as mentioned previously, it won’t take two weeks before the results are out, that means deliberations and encoding and decoding included.

guys, info i just received from a very reliable source, CONFIRMED march 16 will be the release of the result and up to now it’s only 17% national passing percentage. I strongly advice all the bloggers/examinees in this site let us pray together even in the privacy of our hearts that the good justice nachura will make a heck of adjustment and that all of us here will pass. i-claim na natin to, “FOR WITH GOD nothing will be impossible. g’nyt.
Whatever will be, will be…..
march 16 is a tuesday.
YES!
heheheh cant sleep, para akong waiting din sa result…good luck to all 2009 bar examinees!
I took the 2008 bar exam and never did I visit this site.Though I knew then that such existed, hehehe I did nt have the courage to read the speculations about the results…Some may agree, but I have to admit that the more info that we get the more we become spiritless…
Nonetheless, if one wants to become a lawyer…have the courage to face reality… that a month from now…You, will become part of this years’ new set of Members of the Philippine Bar. GO GO GO my dear attorneys!
.yes, you are right with God nothing is impossible, and prayers work miracles and miracles do happen.. let me share a story, I have a close friend who took the bar exams on 2007, he was never been in the dean’s list all his law school life, even during the delierations the dean and the other professor were hesitant to include him in the graduating batch, but some how one of his professors pleaded, so they let him graduate, he took the bar exams and passed, and he never passed a single bar subject that year i mean his grade were from 70-74 in all of the 8 bar subjects but he made it because the Supreme Court lowered the passing rate to 70% on the contrary thieir classmate who is a consistent dean’s lister and is expected to top the bar exams, didn’t pass she got an average of 77% but was disqualified in one subject. All of us were shocked because we didn’t expect that she would fail, she herself is assured that she will hurdle the bar exams, because of her preparations, while our friend was also shocked when he passed the bar exams, because we wasn’t that prepared when he took it . after the bar exams he would say that, it is only by God’s grace and a miracle that would make him pass the bar exam, and yet He did. I always find inspiration from that story knowing that miracles do happen when we pray hard, I suppose we all have stories to tell like the above story, a story of hope, faith and believing in miracles, believing in miracles is humility because we let God do wonders in our lives, it is also faith knowing God will hear our prayers. I hope all of you agree with me. God luck and God bless my Dear Compañeros y’ compañeras. see you at the oath taking

“the truth will set you free” ba kamo? quote from the bible yan hijo [john 8:32]..mula sa author of Miracles.. mali pa ata nagamit natin hehe
one of the examiner in remedial law is justice magdangal de leon, he is very linient in checking the paper… atty abella is also linient in checking the paper. in so far as their exam is concerned. di lang natin alam dun sa kasama nilang examiner….
regarding the passing rate, all is speculations… wait until the result comes…
taking the bar and finishing the four sundays is miracle itself, because anything can happen in those four sunday like accidents or emotional set backs, a few years back someone didn’t finish legal ethics because he his blood pressure rose. A couple of years back some one was killed when the guard shot him at isettan manila, you see life is full of miracles, whether we deny or believe in that, and pssing the bar exams is one of them, whether you studied hard or not there is always a that human factor on the examiners, if God touches his heart maybe the booklet he is checking instead of giving a grade of 70%, he might give a 75% that is a big difference. I remember our professor who was once an examiner told us, to qoute him ” when i check booklets at pagod na ako, usually 2-4 questions lang ang binabasa ko, pag wala pa sa apat na questions usually basic pa yun. wala na 50% na rating nya.”
Another professor said, this “the last 25 booklet i gave them all 85% because, i had to rush and book a flight to the USA.”
ins’t that a miracle?
because of the human factor, miracles do happen, i hope you all agree with me..
