Bar Examinees of 2009: Congratulations and God Bless
This is my site Posted on October 6, 2009 in Bar Exams

Time flies so fast. It seems there was never enough time to study and prepare for 4 grueling Sundays. Same thing even if there was an extension of one week, due to Ondoy. There was certainly no enough time to finish answering all the questions, especially with the unbearable number of questions in the 2009 bar, some say. I can’t judge because I haven’t seen the questions. Perhaps in the days to come, when these questions are dissected at phBar.

Time flies so fast, until last Sunday, 4 October 2009, the last day of the bar exams. After two full days of rest, our battle-weary examinees will begin to realize that, henceforth, time will slow down to an agonizing crawl.

Every day will be a test of patience. Every rumor will be magnified. The suspense will boil to point where you cease to care if you pass or fail — let’s just get this over with (ok, I may be wrong, of course you’d care if you pass or fail).

So, as the waiting game begins, let me to congratulate everyone for surviving the four Sundays of mind-numbing exams. Good luck and God bless, as you wait for the release of the results. You’ll be in our prayers.

Update: It’s Friday, 26 March 2010.

Update: Let’s congratulate everyone who’ve made the interaction in this post interesting (for the rest, please identify yourself so we could add you to the list):

Bauzon, Edward R. (think positive a.k.a. ondoy at manila times)
Dalawampu, Louie Mark M. (bubwit)
Dayo, Jesus Frederick D. (hunter killer)
Espejo, Bernadette B. (badetski)
Garce-Mejia, Racquel F. (on bended knees)
Magcamit, Eric Jay A. (ELA)
Pepito, Charisse Faith T. (miss preggy)
Tagaloguin, Fritz Z. (daques)
Toledo, Maria Joy O. (getintheaction)

Again, congratulations. I hope to see you all in court.

there are rumors that there are more than 1000 who are disqualified for failing to answer both part 1 and part 2. regarding the release of the result it will be late febuary and early march.

So sad to hear that there are more than 1,000 who are disqualified for failing to answer either part 1 or part 2? Actually in our room last sept. 2009 some examinees were not able to answer either part 1 or part 2 thinking that only one part is required to be answered. Its wonderful to know that the bar release is going to be late February and early March. AND LET US PRAY THAT JUSTICE ED NACHURA will be kind enough to increase the passing rate this year. MABUHAY KA JUSTICE NACHURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there still no specific date when will the result be released. one thing is sure at this time, the oath taking will be on april 28, 2010. picc has in its calendar about it…

    • lex says:

meaning to say that the release is going to be on the 3rd or 4th week of March because oath taking is, per tradition, usually done a month after the release of the bar results.

examiners are done checking the booklets and all we need to do is to pray, pray, and pray to our Almighty. Let us pray that majority of the 2009 bar examinees pass the bar.
