Time flies so fast. It seems there was never enough time to study and prepare for 4 grueling Sundays. Same thing even if there was an extension of one week, due to Ondoy. There was certainly no enough time to finish answering all the questions, especially with the unbearable number of questions in the 2009 bar, some say. I can’t judge because I haven’t seen the questions. Perhaps in the days to come, when these questions are dissected at phBar.
Time flies so fast, until last Sunday, 4 October 2009, the last day of the bar exams. After two full days of rest, our battle-weary examinees will begin to realize that, henceforth, time will slow down to an agonizing crawl.
Every day will be a test of patience. Every rumor will be magnified. The suspense will boil to point where you cease to care if you pass or fail — let’s just get this over with (ok, I may be wrong, of course you’d care if you pass or fail).
So, as the waiting game begins, let me to congratulate everyone for surviving the four Sundays of mind-numbing exams. Good luck and God bless, as you wait for the release of the results. You’ll be in our prayers.

the release of the results is on the night of march 16. the sc en banc will meet in the morning, then encode the results in the afternoon. so 6pm onwards. source: i have a friend who’s “ninong” is the bar exam chariman himself. the chairman told his dad about this, and other things, to wit:
dq for crim is around 1%
dq for tax is 18%
dq for ethics is 20%
passing rate is about 18%, pero itataas daw to 20%. so may adjustment sa passing grade.
the rates and results can change of course, but i’m really sure of the date of the release.

I concur with araceli. It will be on the eve of the 16th after the deliberation, that is according to that RTC Judge who was my professor in Evidence….
yikes 20 % dq sa ethics, sana di ako kasama sa mga na dq sa ethics. di ko natapos yung forms eh.
malakas rumor na sa 16 nga irelease ung result, damihan ang dasal mga kapatid, hope ilabas n para matapos n paghihirap sa pagantay. Sana mataas passing percentage gud luck sa lahat
March 16 nga daw news some of the staff in SC. May God find us worthy of the license.
