Bar Examinees Waiting for March 28
Update (March 28): Sorry folks, no results today. The agony of waiting is now officially extended. Results will be released tomorrow (March 30, Saturday) after lunch. I believe we have to change the title to: “Bar Examinees tortured anew, now waiting for March 29″. Good luck and God bless, everyone. Update: LIST OF SUCCESSFUL EXAMINEES here. (Original post) By all indications, the 2007 bar examination results will be released on March 28, 2008. Of course, this is unofficial and is subject to possible changes, as the official announcement will come from the Supreme Court. Good luck and God bless, everyone.
I did not pass, i mourned for 2 days but i tried to regain my sanity by going to work today. There is more to life than passing the bar exams and i dont feel like a lesser person now coz i still have my job and my sanity is still intact.
Thanks to all thiose people who made me realize that I have to go on and not to be harsh on myself. Anyway, there will always be next year/s and the kind of work I have now can never be replaced by an atty title. the great difference is that i am able to change people’s lives kahit na di pa ako lawyer.
Congratulations, fingershadow, or shall I say, Atty. Fajardo. I’m sure the words from someone who’ve been there have more weight to the rest who didn’t make it this time. Enneagram, there will always be next time. Good luck and God bless.

if you have problems with the 07 bar result why wouldnt you file an appropriate petition in the SC.?
if you have problems with me then i challenge you to take the 2008 bar,me and you,plus 50 kapa sa lahat ng subject.
by the way 86% is my general average in my law transcript at pinaghirapan ko yan and am very very confident and sure to pass the 07 bar thats why im harsh,rude and cruel to undeserving few.palag?
anyway,sarap ng bakasyon ko bisan pinobre…i saw the justices in session road…sabi nila,sa lahat ng may problema sa resulta ng 07 bar should file an appropriate petition in court dahil ang SC en banc naman daw ang nagdesisyon sa kinahinatnan ng 07 bar result so dont put the blame on the examinees specially those who pass.

You seemed to have forgotten that the passing grade was reduced to 70% percent.
If you happened to get below 75% then i will call you a “LAWYER BY MERCY”.

I was an spectator and a participant (although passively) of this site a week before the expected date of the Bar Result and has been since.
First, I would like to express my heartfelt thank you to Atty. Fred who, if im not mistaken, is the man behind this site that has been the refuge of the many who’r waiting for the verdict that is the Bar Result.
Second, I made this reply to ask about the oath-taking ceremony. When is it? What are the expenses? When is the signing of the Rolls of Atty? Or, where can we search for this queries? Can those from the provinces especially from the visayas and mindanao request to be preferred in the line during the signing of the rolls? Im from d.c. and its difficult for us to budget our pocketmoney without knowing these details. The SC website has not been helpful because opening it is like entering the snail’s lair.
Third, does anybody have the statistic concerning the top law schools who did great during the ’07 Bar? I hope somebody could share it here.
And yes, I took and passed the Bar, the ’07 Bar no less. I offer this to those who believed in me because through them I mustered courage and to those who doubted me because from them I gained strength.
To all of you who passed, have the humility to pass forward the privilege given to you. To all those who failed, have the serenity to accept the truth and seek the strength to do it all over again.

Oathtaking of the successful 2007 bar candidates is set at 2 p.m. on April 29, 2008, at the Philippine InternationalConvention Center.
The Bar passers may secure their clearances from the Office of the Bar Confidant during office hours, Monday to Friday, beginning April 2 to 28, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

uriel, you are very lucky you passed, no need to be rude and too proud, just be thankful. i hope you don’t get the jitters when you go to trial, like most new lawyers do. i have close encounters with lawyers everyday, news ones, others veterans, and i can tell a if one is a good lawyer. passing the bar doesn’t always mean you are academically great, you must be reminded that luck comes with it, and luck was with you as deliberations were being undertaken. keep your feet on the ground, okay? i hope i get the chance to hear you or at least read your pleadings. good luck.
