Bar Exams not Difficult
Posted on April 7, 2008 in Bar Exams
The Bar examinations are not difficult, it depends on the examinees. If he prepared well and studied well, and prayed hard, then he will make it.
The correction (by the examiners) was unusually strict so that the justices of the court felt there was a need to lower the passing rate. There was need to lower the passing grade in order to balance the correction in these three subjects.

EVERY BAR EXAM IS DIFFICULT UNTIL YOU PASS
Wala cgurong bar exam na hindi mahirap… I took the bar only once and luckily hurdled it at once, but i would say that was a very difficult exam. You really have to prepare for it, otherwise you will be in vain. When somebody ask me how was the exam, my answer was always “it was a tough and difficult one”, when the result when out with my name on the list, they said ” sabi mo mahirap”. Then I always answer them, wala kasing madaling bar exam, otherwise our county would be flooded by incompetent lawyers. So there no point of comparison with last year’s bar to previous years’.
its my first time to take the bar this year, i am just wondering why they include questions which will not test the knowledge of the law of an examinee.. maybe to test the examinee to answer under pressure. i guess thats going to be a part of being a lawyer someday. anyway, the bar is not difficult, just prepare
the bar is not difficult just prepare
just kidding,
what ur professor in mercantile law said is not necessarily the gospel truth..hehe..just kidding..oi, pumasa ka? what a joke! hehe..just kidding..kid not with the most noble profession ha..haha!
let us not forget luck… kung lumabas yung kaisa isang article sa civil code na hindi mo na basa, di mo talaga masasagot yun… kahit lahat ng ibang articles e nabasa mo…..
hi teray,
tag UV ka?
As they always say…”bahala na si batman” and those other “bahala na” attitude…. i don’t believe in this saying since it is YOU who make your own destiny… preparasyon lng po ang kelangan hindi bahala na si batman
hehehehe
with all due respect to justice azcuna… before the bar exam, he already mentioned that the exam will be a different one. truly it was!!! the lower passing rate was his actual and real plan so he will be remembered in hte bar exam history. even our prof told us that the chairman is very indifferent!!!! a day before the result came out, he holds the result in his hands, natatawa nga sa kanya ung mga staff nya dahil hindi na mabitawbitawan ung mga lists ng mga pumasa.
sana sa susunod na bar exam sana mas maayos magpalakad si justice tinga… more linient and pro student…and sana ung mga examiners ay mas mabait ng konti and linient.
if only the examinees knew how they checked the paper…
basta mapolitika…
in the end there’s no substitute for hard work… un lang lang siguro pampalubog loob…
ganun talaga…
CHICKEN ang bar… kaso lang mga uod tayo.
@teray..haha..a joke or not i still passed…eh ikaw?buti nakakatawa ka pa..FLUNKER!HEHE…
TO ALL WANNABES…
U MAY HAVE STUDIED WELL..BUT THE QUESTION IS..DID U WRITE THE CORRECT ANSWERS WHICH THE EXAMINERS COULD HAVE APPRECIATED???
BETTER BE A JOKE THAN A FLUNKER!!!
@TERAY:(oi, pumasa ka?what a joke..)kahit na cguro magcomment pa ng ganito, i’m sure FLUNKERS like you would still exchange places with me considering that I PASSED AND TOOK THE BAR JUST ONCE…sna pumasa k..but the mere fact that u took it twice..well, wag k ng magambition n maging JUDGE OR JUSTICE..hehe..now is dat a JOKE?
do just kidding and teray know each other?
it seems that you guys are no longer doing healthy discourse rather it is an exchange of barbs.
only intimate people does that. hehehehe
