Bar Exams not Difficult

The Bar examinations are not difficult, it depends on the examinees. If he prepared well and studied well, and prayed hard, then he will make it.
The correction (by the examiners) was unusually strict so that the justices of the court felt there was a need to lower the passing rate. There was need to lower the passing grade in order to balance the correction in these three subjects.

from a reliable source, the dq rate was adjusted precisely to favor some “high profile” bar takers. moral turpitude…. forget it!

thanks juliet. it is hard to be in the company of truth. i am sure many of our friends in this website may not agree with me or may feel offended, but may i emphasize that i have nothing personal against those who passed but against the entity tasked to supervise the examinations. there is nothing wrong in strict corrections but to be “unreasonably strict” is another thing; there is nothing wrong in lowering the passing grade as it is within the power of the sc to do so as in the past, but when it is done after premature decoding and to favor some candidates after knowing their identities, there is every reason to raise hell; there is nothing wrong in lowering the dq rate as it is also within the power of the sc to do so, but when it is done only in three subjects and simultaneously adjusted with the passing grade after premature decoding and to favor some candidates (also) after knowing their identitties then,there is something wrong with the bar examinations committee, the bar confidant and the sc itself.
with due respect, juliet, may bakas ang dumi ang kaso lang we live in a country where CHEATING, STEALING and LYING is ‘apparently” not a crime.
dami nyo naman drama sa pag baba ng passing rate… isa lang naman tanong dyan eh.. pwede ba gawin ng SC yun? syempre pwede…. e bakit dami pa rin dramatics… maging SC justice muna kayo bago kayo mag emote…
a pass is a pass… kahit top ka or pasang awa quits quits lang….

actually i dont know him..kaya nga yong reply ko sa comments nya to my message is “just kidding” kasi lahat biro..but now he took it personally…i just wrote a very short reply to his reply and he kept on hitting me below the belt na (as you can see sa mga sunod2x niya na messages) wala namang malice yong reply ko kasi nga “just kidding”.hehe

i think the true measurement of being a lawyer is not passing the bar exam but what you become after passing the bar exam and how you perform your duties and responsibilities as a lawyer….

if you think that those justices commited irregularities why would’nt you file an impeachment complaint against them or any appropriate petition in court.you studied law tapos puro lang kayo tsismis at paninira.use what youve learned in law school,go file petition,otherwise para lang kayong mga naluging bakla na nag usap usap sa parlor.

hi teray…according to my professor in mercantile,u will only know that ur prepared, after the result of the exam, that is when you see your name as one of the passers..so i gez maybe ur not dat prepared as you said you were..anyway,don’t be too hard on yourself..there’s still a chance for you to become a lawyer..it’s not how many times you fall, but it’s how many times you stand up after you have fallen..tska di ba d ka naman nag-iisa..madami kayo..mas nakakahurt cgur kung lahat cla pumasa tpos ikaw hindi..nyahaha!!!ooops..just kidding..smile ka na..malay mo next year pumasa ka na..joke din un..just kidding..
