He has dual citizenship German and Filipino citizen. He has no work now and I am working abroad. We have a son, which my parents and my mother-in-law take turns in taking care of him. My husband is alcoholic. He hates my family especially when we argue he threatens to kill them. Whenever we argue and he gets angry he bad mouths me. Even before we get married he said that if he finds out that I am helping my family financially he would really curse them and would really get mad at me. One time I asked him why he still has no work, he said that he doesn't want to. I'm really devastated and worried for my son's future with him. He is behaving like a lunatic. Sometimes he is sweet but often times he acts like a crazy out of his mind addict. He is irresponsible. When his family sold a property he gave me 100k php for our son.. And now he wants me to give it back, the whole amount. I guess he doesn't have money anymore. I'm sending him money every month. He drinks with his friends. And he is not using the money for our son. It is haram in Islam for a Muslim and non-Muslim to live together as husband and wife. I also learned that upon conversion, previous marriage is automatically null and void but that is in other countries where divorce is legal. how abt in Philippines? ow long and how much will it cost for the annulment on this ground? thank you and more power.
