But, still, it is harsh. And that harshness sometimes sparks the discontent. The same discontent that have landed politicians to office or our local unstrung heroes to fame. And which discontent if reasonable may be constitutionally protected to make that harsh law later on discarded. Indeed, a confusion in the workplace. A million workplace. A million confusion.
