I previously noted that the move to ban fraternities, aside from being an unwitting diversion from the ongoing investigations on hazing, is potentially a violation of the people’s Constitutional right to form associations and societies for purposes not contrary to law.
I just learned that Howie Severino’s Sidetrip had a documentary on this subject matter. For the benefit of those who wasn’t able to watch the documentary, Mr. Severino pointed to the 3-part entry in youtube – Part I, Part II and Part III.

Tinkering with internet tools comes with the bonus of better understanding how existing laws apply to the third wave - that of technology, particularly the internet. This is also a great medium to disseminate and discuss ideas across borders, time, color or creed.
I am a fraternity member and it seems that this has become such a dilemma. Maybe there’s a middle point here, a good compromise sort of.
