My boyfriend had his first marriage annulled and finally we got the legal documents wherein it was stated that the first marriage was nulled and void. The petitioner for their annullment was the ex-wife. We are supposedly get married next month, but the problem is that the ex-wife did not submit s file copy to the NSO. So in his cenomar it shows on his status that he is still married to the ex-wife.
