The University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law has released the results of the Law Aptitude Examination (LAE) for academic year 2008-2009. Please see the list of passers and updates here. There are 301 who passed the written exam.
Please note that the written exam is only the first part of the selection process.The second phase is the panel interview. When the dust settles, only 200 will be accepted to the UP College of Law. Any celebration (and, ahem, OMG moments noted by Kalawkohan) is premature at this time.
Tinkering with internet tools comes with the bonus of better understanding how existing laws apply to the third wave - that of technology, particularly the internet. This is also a great medium to disseminate and discuss ideas across borders, time, color or creed.
