The University of the Philippines (U.P.) College of Law has announced the holding of the Law Aptitude Examination (LAE) for academic year 2008-2009. The LAE is the entrance exam for the UPLaw.
The LAE is scheduled on 25 November 2007 (Sunday, 7:30 a.m.), with test centers in UP Diliman, UP Cebu, UP Mindanao (Davao City) and UP Baguio.
Anyone planning to enter the U.P. @ioanina
teka, enrollment will be on april na? I was informed that beda will accept applications until May.
Is entrance exam for Ateneo Law still ongoing? Mageexam din kasi ako don..
ateneo’s last exam was last january i guess.. they conduct two examinations for law aspirants every year.. the first exam was last nov 2009..
my bad.. i misread the note.. the schedule of enrolment will be posted on their site on march.. but the examinations will continue until may.. once in every month..
Waaa.. Tapos n ang entrance sa ateneo? Huhuhu
if that’s the case, ust and beda will be my last bets..
right… but never lose hope for UP…hahaha (fingers crossed**)
oo madali lang exam sa beda ang mahirap mag stay… hehe
Oh great, nakalipas na ang Feb 8. So ano na, Feb 15 na ang latest?
With regards to opting for another law school, no I did not take exams in any other law schools. It’s UP or nothing e, unang una malapit sa house namin and malapit sa work ko. Makabawi man lang sa layo at traffic ng Taft seven years back. Oops, haha. Pangalawa, ibinase ko sa kapalaran ko ang pagpasa ko dito sa LAE. Pag pumasa eh di destined talaga ako; kung hindi eh di hindi. Lastly, medyo may pressure galing sa mom kong frustrated lawyer.
Oh well, I’m currently drowning my remaining ropes of patience with several happy horses. Sana bukas na talaga.
There is still an entrance exam for the Ateneo School of Law this Saturday. The last day of application for this month’s test would be on February 11. So if you plan to take the Ateneo School of Law Entrance Test better apply before the said deadline. I’m not sure if they would still conduct another exam next month, that would depend on the number of applicants. I would be taking the test this Saturday. From what I know the Ateneo School of Law conducts their admission exams every month from October till February or March, depending on the flow of applicants. As for Beda, they start the exams usually by January till March with exams conducted at least twice every month. Beda Alabang usually conducts their admissions from March to May I think. I hope I pass both the UP LAE and the ASLET. Good luck and God bless to us all.
haaayyy. anong petsa na… Inamag na yata yung results sa malcolm!!
Sana today is the day.:)
the day has come guys! the results are out already! finally! goodluck to everyone!..im so happy…thank you Lord.
I just called the OCS and the one who answered the call said the results will be out on the third week of February. This is brutal. The long wait is already causing all of us anxiety.
I’m confused. Lumabas na ba or is it 3rd week of February pa? Two conflicting stories, naguguluhan na ako. Haha.
@Prof
Where can we see the results?
Hey Prof, you are making me confused. Where can we see the results? Are they out already?
Just spoke to someone at OCS. According to them, they’ve been busy so the results aren’t finalized. The committee will meet again on Friday but they are not sure if they will release the results on that day also. All they know is that a meeting is scheduled for Friday.
Itnulog ko na lang ang pagaantay kahagabi.
I googled it this morning, wala parin. So ano na?
)
Are you guys currently working?
I’m not very happy with the way things are at work. My last hope would be law school. Hay. I’m excited to go back to school again. Bawal na pumetiks dito!
We can do this guys!
@confused
there you go.
That’s being pro-active. Thank you very much!
Thanks confused
how busy can they beeeeeeeee hahaha
So no chance of getting results today? Too bad. Was really hoping to find out already
grabe gising ka pa nang ganung oras? excitement ba to the max?
At oo, the UP Law site’s “connection has timed out” Could it be could it be? Pero ayoko pa ring umasa.
wow, whatever happens, your story really stands out. did you ask your insider friend again today for any leaks? student ba and iyong source?
The UP law site is down. Can that mean that they’re updating the content? And maybe putting results up?
Asa pa. Next week pa siguro to.
inviting pala everyone sa Mensa IQ challenge on Feb. 27 sa FullyBooked bonifacio High Street. Test starts at 10 am. visit their FB at mensa philippines. I will be there.
