  1. Hi. Im also waiting for the results of LAE. I’m just wondering…the grading system in our university is different. 3.5 is already failed. Do you think the UP admin people would change that into a 5 once theyre computing? :)

    • I’m sticking to second week Feb, latest na yung third week. Although parang medyo late na kung that time lalabas, ayokong umasa na this week. I’m saving my heart till after Valentines (yuck ang cheesy).

        • Okay, I happened to have a lot of free time before leaving work. Considering na ang trend eh mid- to late-January to early Feb :| Oh well. Let’s keep our fingers (and toes?) crossed then.

Btw, does anyone here know the statistics of married and working law students? How are they doing right now, juggling work, school and family life? Thank you mucho!

  4. Third week of Feb? I’m not sure if I can stay sane that long. I really doubt that I’d pass, but the thing is, there’s never really that sense of finality until you know for sure. So you really can’t move forward! I just graduated and the idle time is killing me. I can’t decide whether I should work or wait for the results. Lol. Godspeed to us all!

  7. Magandang idea yan @insomnia. Sana hindi mabaliw si Atty. Fred sa thread na ito, hehe. Sige for the sake na may mapag-usapan while waiting, uumpisahan ko ang kwento.

Three weeks before LAE lang ako nagdecide na mag-exam. It was because I felt frustrated at work, parang walang nangyayari. I need challenge!

It was only the husband whom I consulted about this. Ok naman sa kanya, his reason being that I’m still young and if I don’t realise that dream for myself baka magsisi naman raw ako. Wala naman sigurong mawawala, pass or fail diba?

So there, nag-cram ako ng bonggang bongga saka nag-exam.

I did not expect them to be so shocked and happy that I’m finally pushing through with my childhood dream.

    Kayo, anong kwento nyo? :D

  9. Just a thought, not an indictment of any sorts: the study of law will demand no mistresses. It is jealous. It is brutal. It is exclusive. You have to be brave and patient if you plan to share yourself with work and law school. On the other hand, if the Law is what you want, then everything else takes a backseat. Is it really the Law that you desire, or is it UP? For if you pursue the Law, it doesn’t matter where, because in the vast ocean, all the fish are the same.

Kung hindi man really try to get inside one of the best law schools.
